Review is sought of this Court's order dated 1st December, 2025, particularly paragraph 5 thereof. The observations of this Court in the first sentence comprising in four lines of the said paragraph 5 appearing at page 3 of the order until the word "this Court." in the fifth line shall stand deleted. 1.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 1st December, 2025.

The other portions of the order dated 1st December, 2025 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

4.

R.V.W 369 of 2025 shall stand disposed of accordingly.

5.

In view of disposal of the review itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 shall also stand disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
