Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits petitioner no. 4, Nitya Gopal Jana, has already been arrested. 4.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 4 is dismissed as not pressed. 5.

We have considered the materials on record. Coaccused have been granted pre-arrest bail. Petitioners no. 1 to 3 and 5 stand on the same footing with them and are entitled to similar relief.

6. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, petitioners no. 1) Ashok Chanda, 2) Arun Chanda, and 3) Rohini Signed By :

Chanda and 5) Mamtaj Saha shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
