1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Narcotics was recovered from the house occupied by the petitioner and his family members. He did not co-operate with investigation. In view of the aforesaid fact we are of the opinion further investigation with regard to role of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.
