The matter is taken up for consideration rkd 10.11.2022 Ct.15 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th September, 2022 when Mr. Paul, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that all the petitioners have crossed the upper age limit of sixty years and accordingly it has been submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

However, no one is representing the respondents.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
