Petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of the revisional application being Criminal Motion No. 65 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd court, Asansol for a considerable period of time without any progress.

It has been brought to the notice of this court that today i.e., 12.12.2023 the date is fixed for hearing. In case the revisional application till date has not been disposed of, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd court, Asansol is directed that the revisional application being Criminal Motion No. 65 of 2022 be disposed of by 31st March, 2024.

Having regard to the time so consumed, the revisional court is directed not to stretch the timeline any further.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4683 of 2023 is disposed of.
