1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Instant case arose out of a dispute between petitioner no. 3 and her husband i.e. the de facto complainant. In the FIR it is alleged petitioner no. 3 has left the matrimonial home with stolen ornaments and cash. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the parents of petitioner no. 3. Credibility of the accusation must be assessed in the light of submission that there was a matrimonial dispute between the parties. In view of the aforesaid we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to Signed By :

the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
