1. This contempt application is filled alleging willful violation of the orders dated 6th October, 2023 and 18th October, 2023 passed by the learned subordinate Court in Misc.

(Arb) Case No.78/2023. The applicant has effective alternative remedy under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, which the applicant should not bypass.

Therefore, in any event, it is well open to the applicant to move the concerned Court which passed the order and which is alleged to have been violated for appropriate relief.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
