Perused the petition.

Heard learned counsel for the parties at length. The concerned officer is requested to finalise the assessment of the Bills of Entry being number 3380826 dated 26.09.2013 and 3057295 dated 21.08.2013 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order to the concerned authority by the petitioner. The concerned assessing authority is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

The writ petition being WPA 28690 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
