This revisional application was filed with the leave of Justice Bibek Chaudhuri on 19.12.2022 for filing the revisional application without certified copy. Today when the matter has been taken up, another seven days'

accommodation has been prayed for on the ground that the learned advocate for the petitioners has lost the certified copy. The enclosures to this revisional application are ECourts downloaded copy. No certified copy is there. The revisional application, as such, is not entertained by this Court.

The revisional application being CRR 4683 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.

The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court with proper form of certified copy and revisional application.
