In the event the petitioner files an appropriate application before the learned District Judge within a fortnight from date, the learned District Judge shall deal with the application on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation. On the prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed herein upon furnishing photocopies of the same.

CRR 5088 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
