It appears that this Court has disposed of the appeal vide order dated June 16, 2023 wherein the Insurance Company was directed to deposit the entire awarded some together with 6% interest per annum to the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta. Accordingly, the Insurance Company has deposited the entire awarded some vide OD challan no.1468 dated 11.8.2023 amounting to Rs.6,54,954/-. Considering the compliance on behalf of the Insurance Company, the order passed on June 16, 2023 is hereby modified with specific direction as follows: The Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta shall disburse the enhanced amount together with accrued interest in favour of the claimants equally within four weeks from the date of passing of this order in favour of the claimants.

Appellant no.2 has become major during the pendency of the instant appeal. Accordingly, the cheque in the name of appellant no.2 be disbursed in her name. Necessary correction in the cause title of the memo of the appeal regarding appellant no.2 be made accordingly by the department within a fortnight. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
