...for Respondent No.13 Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 28th February, 2025 when learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the post of Headmaster in Goas Kalikapur High School (H.S.), Murshidabad on 17th March, 2025 and at present he is functioning as Headmaster of the said school.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since he has resumed duty as Headmaster of the school, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In support of submission, a written instruction which learned advocate for the petitioner has received from the petitioner vide letter dated 22nd March, 2025 is placed before this Court and is taken on record.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates who submit a report on behalf of District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad dated 20th March, 2025 in terms of the previous order and same is also taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of additional respondent no.13 that since he has been enlarged on bail therefore, decision to suspend him which was taken vide managing committee resolution dated 31st August, 2024 and subsequently ratified by the District Education Officer, SSM, Murshidabad needs to be lifted. Regarding continuation of suspension of additional respondent no.13, Court at present is not passing any order except granting leave to the concerned respondent authorities to take steps in accordance with law.

In view of submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
