1. Instructions of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), North 24 Parganas dated 12th December, 2023 filed in Court today be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer from Samsernagar Birsa Munda S. Adarsha Free Primary School, Hingalganj South Circle to any School at Habra. The ground for transfer is the distance of 105 kilometers and also the medical condition of his wife that she is suffering from Hepatitis B.

3. It is also submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that he has a widowed mother and small children to take care of.

4. Since the petitioner is required to complete atleast five years after 2021 when he joined the School first, his application for transfer cannot be entertained.

5. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
