..... For the Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 The last order dated December 2, 2024 speaks for itself.

Under the said order the respondent no. 6 was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.91,27,255/- within the timeframe mentioned therein. The respondent no.6 could not do so for various reasons.

Ms. Kakali Dutta, learned advocate led by Mr. Narayan Chandra Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 6 today prays for an extension of time by ten days from today. She submits that, all the procedural formalities are complete and the amount shall be deposited within the said extended period. Mr. Sufi Kamal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has opposed the extension of time.

For the ends of justice, the time to deposit the said sum stands extended and the same shall have to be and must be deposited on or before January 27, 2025 strictly following the direction dated December 2, 2024. Save and except above, the entire order dated December 2, 2024 stands unaltered and without any modification.
