Mr. Somit Sanyal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, there are certain formal defects in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with a leave to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Considering the above, for the ends of justice, such leave is granted.

This writ petition W.P.A. 28483 of 2022 stands "dismissed as withdrawn" with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.
