The matter has come up at the instance of the writ petitioner, when Mr. Roy appearing for the writ petitioner has indicated to some typographical errors in this Court's order dated December 17, 2024.

Hence the same corrections are required to be rectified in the following manner:- i) In the first paragraph of page 2 of the said order, let "WPA 15344 of 2021"

be substituted with "WPA 16686 of 2021".

ii) In the same paragraph, let the date "December 6, 2022" be substituted with "February 4, 2022".

iii) In the second paragraph at page 3, let the date "January 24, 2023" be substituted with "April 19, 2022".

iv) In the twelve paragraph at page 4, let the date "August 16, 2024" be substituted with "August 16, 2021".

This order be read as part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated December 17, 2024. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
