Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks correction of the following typographical error in the order dated December 17, 2024.

Let the same correction be effected in the manner as follows:- i) In the twelve paragraph at page 4 on "August 16, 2024 be substituted with "August 16, 2021".

This order be read as part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated December 17, 2024. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
