The interim bail was granted on 12th December, 2024. It has been informed by the learned advocate appearing for the State that the case is at the argument stage. Having considered that the interim bail was granted on 12.12.2024, I direct that the bail of the petitioner is confirmed subject to the same terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 12.12.2024 with an additional condition.

The petitioner shall stay within the jurisdiction of Canning Police Station and will leave the said jurisdiction only for the purposes of attending the Court. Every alternate day the petitioner shall report to the Inspector-in-Charge of Canning Police Station till the verdict of the present case is pronounced by the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 4125 of 2024 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
