1. As it is fairly submitted by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the opposite party/mother that the dates when the children can remain with the father in Kolkata between December 20, 2025 to January 3, 2026, will be submitted before the learned trial Judge before whom the Act-VIII Case is pending, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned trial Judge/Judge in-charge to take up the matter on the date fixed, i.e., December 17, 2025 and pass necessary orders on the basis of the submission which has been made by Mr. Ghosh.

2. In view of such fair submission, this Court does not deem it necessary to keep this revisional application pending with the expectation that the learned Judge will pass necessary orders as prayed for in the application for interim custody of the boys during the Christmas vacation.

3. It is made clear that the mother will accompany the children to Kolkata. She will reside elsewhere and all expenses for the travel of the children with the mother will be borne by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
