Learned advocates representing the petitioner and State-respondents have jointly submitted that after the last order was passed on 24th January, 2025 Pension Payment Order was issued on 29th January, 2025 by the concerned State authorities and in terms of the Pension Payment Order retiral dues including pension have been released in favour of the petitioner. Copy of the Pension Payment Order dated 29th January, 2025 which is placed before this Court today is taken on record.

In view of release of retiral dues this Court finds grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further order need be passed on this writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
