1. The instant proceeding has been filed seeking transfer of a Criminal Court case from a Court in the District of Malda to some other district. State being necessary party has not been impleaded in the proceeding.

2. In such circumstances, on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner the instant revisional application being CRR 5371 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause-of-action.

3. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to take back a certified copy by replacing the same with duly authenticated copy thereof.
