The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against Order dated 11.09.2012 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Baruipur Sub-Division, 24-Parganas (South) in connection with M.P. Case No. 829 of 2012 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

On perusal of the impugned order along with applications, it is evident that original order has become infructuous in course of time without demanding any interference.

Accordingly, the instant application, stands dismissed as infructuous.
