Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on 26th July, 2025. Petitioner is an Indian. He has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case, as such he may be released on bail. It has also been contended that the petitioner has been officially enrolled as an Aadhaar Operator.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has misused his assignment and thereby transferred the finger print impression

which were in the form of a rubber stamp to the principal accused.

Having regard to the nature of accusation, at this stage a last opportunity is granted to the prosecution to proceed with the trial of the case. If there is no substantial progress in trial, petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after 30th June, 2026.

At this stage, CRM (M) 2713 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
