1. On 1st August, 2023, we passed an interim arrangement for visitation rights which is claimed to have been violated by the respondent. In paragraph 5 of the order dated 1st August, 2023, we observed that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the arrangement with regard to visitation rights of the father of her daughter as mentioned in the impugned order shall continue till this matter is taken up for consideration by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid observation, we feel that the issues raised in this petition can conveniently be raised before the Hon'ble Division Bench having the determination and in the pending appeal.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
