Today Mr. Bidhan Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor files an affidavit of compliance enclosing the reasoned order passed by the alleged contemnor. Such affidavit affirmed on February 8, 2024 filed today in Court, is taken on record. Copy has been served upon Mr. Golam Mostafa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who is appearing today before this Court.

Since the order has gone against the petitioner, there is no further scope to give effect to him.

In view of the above, no further cause survives in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, contempt application being CPAN 1640 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

The application being CPAN 1640 of 2023 stands accordingly disposed of.
