Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the writ petitioner before the learned Tribunal was that his application for correction of record of rights was not being considered by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer.

Mr. Ganguli, learned advocate appearing for the State has placed before us a notice issued by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Pandua, Hooghly to the petitioner intimating that the representations submitted by the petitioner would be considered on 8th January, 2024. Let a copy of the notice, as produced, be kept on record. In view thereof, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed and accordingly, both the writ petition and the original application are disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
