1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners raised a singular contention by stating that in front of their house a mobile tower has been constructed and when load shedding takes place a generator set is being used to run the mobile tower, which causes inconvenience to the petitioners and villagers. On more than one occasions when we asked him a specific question as to whether installation of such mobile tower in front of their house violates statutory or legal provision and whether use of generator set during power cut is in violation of law, no answer is forthcoming.

We find no reason to entertain this PIL and the same is dismissed.
