1. It appears from the service report that the petitioner Md. Naqui could not be served as he was not present at the given address.

2. It appears that this case is pending since 2015 praying for quashing of the criminal proceeding being Misc. case no.124 of 2015 of the leaned Court of Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bolpur, Birbhum under Section 125 Cr.P.C., 1973 filed by Saira Banu of Village and Post- Banagram, P.S.-Nanur, District-Birbhum claiming maintenance for her. It appears from the record that after filing the instant revisional application the petitioner did not turn up. I find that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the instant matter. Hence the revisional application be dismissed for default.

3. However no order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
