1. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kharagpur, DistrictPaschim Medinipur to dispose of the Title Suit No. 65 of 2022 expeditiously.

2. It appears from record that the suit has been filed in the year 2022. It further appears from the record that the P.W.1 was examined and cross-examined and thereafter discharged on July 24, 2024. A date was fixed for evidence of P.W. 2 and the same was adjourned on several occasions. Ultimately, by an order being No. 24 dated November 7, 2024, December 18, 2024 was fixed for further evidence of P.W. 2.

3. In view thereof, C.O. 4134 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kharagpur, District- Paschim Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No. 65 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application as well as upon the opposite parties forthwith.

5. There shall be however, no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
