1. A copy of this application shall be served upon Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly, learned Advocate who appeared on behalf of the respondent on 19th December, 2024 when the order was passed, within one week from date.

2. The appellant shall also in the meantime pay the said sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed by the order dated 19th December, 2024 and the respondent shall receive the said amount without prejudice to its rights and contentions.

3. The matter shall be listed after one week. 4.

An affidavit of service shall be filed on the adjourned date.
