The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the police in taking appropriate steps in response to the complaint lodged by the petitioner in the month of November, 2023.

Learned advocate representing the State submits, upon instruction that, documents have been sought for from the petitioner. Upon submission of documents, steps shall be taken.

The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for proceeding in response to the complaint that has been lodged by him. The police shall take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
