1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case. Both sides suffered injuries. Some others co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that there was grievous injury inflicted upon a victim. Blood came out from the nose and ears of the victim. The CT scan of the brain shows evidence of a depressed fracture, fragment of posterior aspect of right parietal bone. The other victim received a cut injury on a vital part of the body like scalp. As per the statements of the victims, the petitioners are the principal accused.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider

this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
