Bhattacharyya, learned advocate representing West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has submitted that petitioner has collected appointment letter on 29th October, 2024 from the concerned authority of the Board for her appointment under died-in-harness category.

Mr. Bari, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the post on 5th November, 2024.

In view of joining of the petitioner as nonteaching staff in a Government aided school, no further order need be passed in the writ petition and same is disposed of accordingly.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
