Petitioner is the sister-in-law of the victim. It is submitted there was a dispute between the victim and her husband as the latter was involved in an illicit relationship. She has been falsely roped in. She prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Dispute arose between victim and her husband on the score the latter had an illicit relationship with another lady. Though it is alleged petitioner had joined in the assault, principal thrust of the allegations are against her husband. Keeping in mind these facts and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the crime, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. Signed By :

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that she shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
