It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that papers necessary for disbursement of the death benefits of the mother of the petitioner and arrear family pension of his father have already been submitted before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad, the respondent no. 6 herein.

Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel for the State submits that the respondent no. 6, in turn has forwarded those papers to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 4 herein, for necessary orders.

The respondent no. 6 is directed to expedite the disbursement of the claims of the petitioner in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 28520 of 2022 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
