It appears that the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition does not survive any longer as final order in the disciplinary proceeding has been passed by the authority and the same has been challenged by the petitioner in a separate writ petition being WPA 6249 of 2026 which is pending consideration before the Court.

4. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The same stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.
