1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is regularly complying with the directions imposed upon him by order 27th January, 2025.

2. The learned Prosecution submits a report that the petitioner is regularly complied with the condition imposed upon him. Let the report be kept with the record. The trial has been progressed and next date is fixed for C.S.W 15 and 16.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances and the condition imposed upon him to met the I.O. twice in a week is hereby modified and to appear before the concerned police station as and when called for and the other condition still remain in force.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
