The report records that during inspection it was found that the portion of the footpath in front of the premises no. 1P, Gouri Bari Lane, Kolkata-700004, Ward No. 12 which was encroached by a shop, has since been removed by way of demolition.

Ms. Dasgupta, learned advocate representing the Corporation would submit that the footpath is now encroachment free.
