The disbursal of the monthly wages/remuneration was to be done within 10th of every month starting from April 10, 2023. Mr. Mondal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant submits that the arrears for the month of February and March have been disbursed. The wages/remuneration for the month of April, 2023 has also been disbursed albeit, not within the 10th of April, 2023.

This Court finds that there is substantial compliance of the orders passed by this Court on August 23, 2022, February 3, 2023 and March 24, 2023.

In such view of the matter WPCRC 34 of 2023 is disposed of.

The Rule against the Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH), Paschim Medinipur/ Dr. Soumya Sankar Sarangi, shall stand discharged.
