The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondent authority concerned is not implementing the order of this Court dated 25th April , 2016 in W.P. No. 3140 (W) of 2016 in its letter and spirit in spite of approaching the authority by a representation dated 1st June, 2016.

Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that since revisional application being RN 112 of 2017 which has been filed by the petitioner before the Tribunal is pending, is causing hindrance in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 1st June, 2016.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner makes statement in Court that petitioner will withdraw the aforesaid revision case pending before

the Tribunal and considering his such statement this writ petition being WPA 27396 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1st June, 2016 in accordance with law if petitioner withdraws the aforesaid pending revisional application and files proof of the same before the authority concerned, expeditiously and preferably within eight weeks from the date of fling the order of withdrawal of the revisional application.
