1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses have implicated the petitioner in the assault. Bail prayer of co-accused viz. Dipak Roy and Vijay Lal @ Vijay Kumar @ Vijay Kumar Lal who are similarly circumstanced with the petitioner has been turned down by this court.. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
