1. Prayer for renewal of bail is made on the basis of no direct evidence connecting the petitioner with the crime.

2. Same ground was canvassed when the earlier order of rejection was passed by the co-ordinate Bench on September 13, 2024 in CRM(DB) 2814 of 2024.

3. No material change in circumstance subsequent thereto is brought to our notice.

4. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM(DB) 4110 of 2024 is dismissed.
