For the Petitioner Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of A.C. 2507 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the proceeding is pending since 2015.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
