Affidavit-of-service showing due service is filed. In spite of due service there is no representation on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Judge, 7th Court of Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata shall decide the application dated 15th March, challenging the maintainability of the proceedings before it, in accordance with law expeditiously. Preferably within a month from the date of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.
