1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioners had assaulted him and thrown him on the railway tracks. As a result, one of his legs was amputated. Keeping in mind the nature of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
