Affidavit-of-compliance filed in Court today is taken on record.

It appears therefrom that the parties were directed to remain present at the time of spot inspection. Notice of inspection is dated 24th December, 2022. The inspection was conducted on 29th December 2022. Spot inspection report and the reasoned order dated 29th December 2022 is annexed.

The documents annexed to the affidavit of compliance mentions that the petitioner, though present at the time of spot inspection, refused to sign the attendance sheet.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the contemnors dealt with the issue.

The Court is of the opinion that the legality of the reasoned order dated 29th December, 2022 cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
