Ganguly, Mr. Sudip Sarkar, ...for the State This writ petition has been filed alleging that the Kowgachi 2 Gram Panchayat undertook initiatives to construct a passage on the petitioner's land, specifically at Daag No. 124, Khatina No. 1831, Mouza Hansia, J.L. No. 24, Police Station Jagaddal, North 24 Parganas.

The apprehension expressed by the petitioner appears to be unfounded. A report has been submitted before this Court today by the concerned Block Development Officer.

The report indicates that the Panchayat has neither initiated, approved, nor sanctioned any construction of a road on the petitioner's land. The report submitted by the State shall be placed on record.

In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no merit in the allegations advanced in the writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A.

28382 of is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
