It appears that the writ petition has been filed without taking precaution not to disclose directly or indirectly the identity of the victim girl. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for not being in form.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the selfsame grounds by taking necessary precautions to hide the identity of the victim girl.
