1. Final order of assessment dated 19.11.2024 passed by the Assessing Officer, CESC Limited has been produced before this Court wherefrom it appears that a sum of Rs. 5,358/- (five thousand three hundred fifty eight only) is due and outstanding on account of electricity charges and Government duty payable for unauthorised use of electricity in respect of the subject meter.

2. It will be open for the petitioner to pay off the aforesaid dues. Electricity shall be restored within seventy two hours from the date of payment of the aforesaid amount along with the reconnection charges.

3. The instruction forwarded by the Assessing Officer, CESC Limited be retained with the records.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
