Galib Ms. Sujata Mukherjee ... for the State CAN 1 of 2025 is moved stating that due to inadvertence a clerical error has occurred in paragraph 28 of the judgment dated 04.04.2025, the second case being No. 13 of 2020 before the Tribunal was not noted though the said case was also considered while disposing of the writ petitions.

Paragraph 28 is, thus, modified as follows:

"Accordingly, the award dated 29.01.2024 and order dated 23.07.2024 passed by the Second Industrial Tribunal, West Bengal in Case No. 16 of 2020 and Case No. 13 of 2020 are hereby set aside and the tribunal is directed to hear the case being no. 16 of 2020 and case

no. 13 of 2020 on merit, in accordance with law by permitting the parties to adduce evidence and on hearing the parties, dispose of the case by passing a reasoned order, preferably within six months from the date of this order."

Paragraph 28 of the judgment dated 04.04.2025 is accordingly modified and corrected.

CAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
